Excellent swing compilation combining tracks from two long-deleted albums with three extra cuts. The bulk of the titles (all 1940s) were unissued until a 1989 album, mostly grouped round the excellent but underrated African-American alto-sax of Booker Pittman. Fascinating hot anthology with fully detailed discography.
